If God Is Green, Is Green Always Godly?

Joel Salatin

Our Creation Care Forum series begins with the wisdom of farmer and writer, Joel Salatin, and the question: Is Green always godly? With humor and a no-nonsense approach to stewardship of the earth, Salatin will guide us into our year on Creation Care, and open our imaginations to our role in giving ‘holy care’ to our world.

About Joel F. Salatin

Joel F. Salatin, a full-time farmer in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, describes his work as “ministry,” with more than 1,000 or so regular customers who listen to his preaching. Salatin is a third generation farmer, lecturer and author. He holds a BA degree in English, has written nine books, and passionately defends small farms, local food systems, and the right to opt out of the conventional food paradigm.
