Special Program

An Introduction to Meditation
led by Joy Rains
in Bethlehem Chapel

Step outside the busyness of your life and discover tools and practice for living fully in the moment.

Within each of us exists a wellspring of intrinsic clarity, yet it can be clouded by the contents of a busy mind. With the proper tools and practice, the potential to see between the “clouds” and tap into this wellspring is vast … creating a life with greater awareness, freedom and well-being, and the ability to live fully in the moment. Join us to learn exactly what meditation is and how to practice using different techniques. Experience a comprehensive guided meditation with time afterwards for reflection and questions.
