Summer Reflection Retreat

Event image

Location: Perry Auditorium, 7th Floor, West Towers.

This half day of reflection, dialogue, and shared silence offers a place for stillness and reflection that brings centering perspective and renewal. Surrounded by the summer beauty of the Cathedral and grounds participants explore life balance, reconciliation, and their own personal spiritual journey using the model of Saint Benedict. Benedictine practices of prayer, wisdom, recreation, work, and hospitality guide exploration and discovery as participants experience wisdom reflection and refreshed intention.

The day is open to all who seek balance in life and reconciliation in the world.

The morning begins with stillness and centering and includes a pilgrim walk, shared dialogue that honors the Benedictine model, and time for personal renewal. Our time together concludes with Noon Eucharist in the Great Choir and a brown bag lunch. Bring a light lunch to share or purchase one at the Cathedral Store. All are welcome.
